James Cassel, or Jim, has been in the HVAC business for more than 30 years. He has worked with several companies, servicing most the brands and models currently out in the market as well as those that are no longer manufactured.

Jim is proud of the efforts he makes to keep himself up to date on the changes being done to heating units every year. This includes new manuals, updates, and corrections.

He has a need to figure out the problem and resolve it quickly.
